This Progressive S4 etched stainless steel grating surface features Progressive International patent pending "V" design. Our "V" design etched grating surface grates faster, smoother and straighter and results in higher output. Our medium hand grater works perfect for soft cheeses, carrots, cabbage, onions and more, while the fine grater works well for zesting fruits, grating chocolate and parmesan. They are easy to use, comfortable to hold in one hand and snap on together for safe and easy storage. Its non skid tip provides leverage and stability while grating.
